First be advised this service is provided in the Southern California Area Only. Specifically but not limited to the communities of Hemet and San Jacinto in what is know as the Inland Empire or South Riverside County.

This service is for those who just use computers and who want their "toys and tools" to work right, but don't speak "computer geek". Hemet and San Jacinto are for the most part retirement communities. One of my primary motives for starting this company is because I got tired of seeing our Senior Citizens ripped off! All to often, I see people carrying their computers into one of the local computer stores. Later, I find out that they were charged for basically nothing or worse the computer and or software is actually damaged by these "Local Experts"!

The Truth! Modern computer systems if properly cared for just don't break. They are designed to last about seven years. Why seven years? Well without going into a lot of technical explaination, the little chips and disks that store information start to loose their ability to do so at about seven years. With proper maintenance they can and do last much longer!

Problem is most people go out buy a computer and just start using it, and using it, and using it, etc. The machine eventually starts to slow down and or messages start popping up saying something is wrong. Since the person " knows how to use a computer" they think there is something wrong with the machine. So they unplug everything, take it down to their local computer store to have it fixed. Or they call a "friend" they know who "knows computers" or graduated from one of those famous computer schools on the TV commercials. Sometimes they will actually call or ship the machine back to the manufacture or retail store they bought it from! End result? Frustration. They just want the thing to work right!

Stop! There is nothing wrong with your computer! It is not broken. There are certain things you have to do to keep a computer system running correctly. I charge $49.99 to come to your house or business, evaluate what's wrong and make it work the way it should again.
