This post is for the very long list of visitors, my demonstration photo album received a few days ago. Especially those who viewed the file that was in that one private album for only 24hrs and or those who missed viewing the video because of that reason!

The video did not belong to me! Yes, technically I created it, but it was made from photos and video that belonged to someone else. And although I believe I had permission at least by implication to create things like that video from the owner of the material, the subsequent creation still belongs to her!

Some of you were kind enough to point out to me via the form-mailer on my Website proper that other websites do have content taken from our friends Website. Some I suspect with her permission and some without! Funny thing, “copyright”. For most of us it’s not something we ever have to worry about, but legally when you write a small note for example a shopping list or a “to-do list”, you by law have the copyright to what you created. So if someone picked up your shopping list and sold it on E-Bay, (cause your just that famous of a person your shopping list is a collectors item ) You would of course want to benefit financially from the sell of your “shopping list”. Right?

Now some of you seem to be of the belief that because our friend is very successful at what she does and she does charge a membership, that you are some how entitled to use her image anyway you so choose!

Nothing can be farther from the truth! You are or would be stealing from Ms. V!

Finally, although personally I don’t think it’s any of your business and this only applies to those who were rude enough to asked, several months ago when I began passing the time making stuff from Ms. V’s material, I did send her copies of  it,  along with a release stating that I did not want, nor should I receive, “anything” from her,  if she chose to re-use her material edited by me for commercial purposes in the future! So to the few who questioned my “motivation“! Kiss my ass!

And to the others, the vast majority, by the way, I am glad you liked my creativity, and yes there are a bunch more and Ms. V has access to them, but don’t bug her about it.  Video like that takes alot of room on a commercial Website, especially if the host provides copies in different formats and sizes! Hey, she might raise her membership fee if she uses them. In fact, I think she should!
